Run migrations, bootstrap your owner account, review settings, manage users, import historical seasons, build historical leagues/divisions, generate schedules, build real parks/park factors, and set the default baseball engine.
Run migrations
For first setup, enter ADMIN_BOOTSTRAP_TOKEN. After an admin exists, an admin session can run this.
Bootstrap owner/admin
Use this after migrations to create or promote your initial OldManObserver admin account.
