Rebuild Season Stats & Standings

Recompute accumulated season player and team stats, plus standings, from the saved final games in game_results for one league season. Rebuilds run in restartable chunks. Real / imported source stats, saved games, game events, and box scores are never deleted. Rebuilds resume automatically after a browser refresh.
